I'm Eleonora Ricci, a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow at NCSR “Demokritos”, Athens, representing the EU-funded project "ReMO" (Researcher Mental Health Observatory). We're a network of researchers from 37 European countries, advocating for improved academic working conditions. To initiate change, we've launched a pan-European survey to assess working conditions' impact on well-being and mental health in academia, in order to put forth data-evidenced recommendations for concrete policy changes.

I'm coordinating the survey's dissemination in Greece and would greatly appreciate your support in distributing it to the University of the Aegean PhD students and researchers through institutional channels (such as mailing lists, newsletters...). Broad participation is crucial to ensure the proper representation of Greece and of the University of the Aegean: tailored recommendations specific to each country and institution will be issued by the ReMO research team if enough data are gathered.
