Chinese Language Programme : Call for Enrolment for the Winter Semester -DEADLINE : 29th September

Δημοσίευση από todit_gram_foit »

Dear Member of our Academic Community,

The University of the Aegean and the Continental Han Feng Network Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. are happy to announce the launch of the 5th cycle of the Chinese Language program on Monday, 10th October 2022.

The lessons are provided free of charge to the members of our academic community. For additional information on the programme, please refer to the provided link: viewtopic.php?p=30507#p30507

If you wish to participate in the program, you are kindly asked to complete the following Google form.
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIp ... w/viewform

The deadline for the submission of the form is Thursday, 29th September, 24:00 (Greek time), at which point the system will shut down, and registrations will no longer be accepted.

Since lessons are provided free of charge only to the members of our academic community, you are requested to declare your capacity (i.e., Undergraduate student, academic, administrative staff, alumni etc.) at the time of your registration.
You will be asked to choose your desired level. Please refer to the attachment of the email concerning the requirements for each level.

Clarifications related to the completion of the google form and the programme
• The fields "NAME" and "SURNAME" should be written in Latin characters and Capital letters as they appear on your identity card or passport. We draw your attention to the correct completion of each field separately (for example, in the field "SURNAME", the completion of the surname and not your first name).
• Please provide one email that will be used for the entire program, that is, for the lessons, for the exams and for the correspondence with the organisers and the University of the Aegean for issues related to the Chinese Language program. This can be your university email or any other email you may have (Hotmail, Gmail, etc.)
• We also ask you to submit strictly ONE google form per participant and NOT to forward this email to third parties. The program of the winter semester of 2022-2023 is currently offered to the members of our academic community.
• Having obtained the HSK1, HSK2 or HSK3 certificate is NOT a prerequisite for enrolling in the next level. Therefore, there is no need to wait for the outcome of your examination in order to enrol in the next level.
• If you meet the course requirements, you will receive a course completion certificate. You will also have the opportunity at the end of the semester to take an exam (by paying the relevant fee) and obtain a certificate (HSK) from the accredited body of China.
• The lessons are conducted online by Chinese Teachers in the English Language.
• The provided timetable is fixed and has been formed bearing in mind time constrictions related to the time difference between the two countries (China is 5-6 hours ahead of Greece)
• In the form, we ask you to give your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of the programme. We, therefore, ask for your permission to send your details to the organisers solemnly for the purposes of this programme. Should you not grant us permission, we are unable to send your details to the organisers; hence you cannot participate in the lessons.
• Priority will be given to those participants who achieved an 80% attendance rate. The remaining vacancies will be allocated on a first come-first served basis.
• Finally, we ask you to be sure of your commitment to this program prior to your registration due to the limited spaces available.

ATTENTION, due to the limited number of participants, the places will be offered according to the conditions set above.

Thank you,
